Trout On Inn Wyoming Wedding Fuchsia and Navy This past Friday was a perfect day for a wedding at the Trout On Inn! The Sun was shining, the breeze (Thank you Wyoming!) was perfect to cut down the heat and keep the bugs at bay, and of course, the couple who was tying the knot, was fantastic! Not to mention the love that their friends and family brought to the day! I can hardly count the number of times these two were surrounded with love by the people who joined in the celebration.

They both have made careers out of protecting people in the community as first responders. So, it’s easy to see that these two have serving hearts that fit together like perfect puzzle pieces. When I first met these two now husband and wife I immediately loved the way they joked with each other. And there is no example better than the ‘first’ first look planned to perfection by the Bride and Best Man! Where Kevin turned to see his Carly, and instead… there was his Best Man… in a wedding dress! Priceless!!! I could have died laughing! It most certainly took the edge off for their real first look.

I’ve never been to a wedding that went 100% according to plan. Not as a photographer, a guest, or even a bride on my own wedding day. Because that’s not life, that’s not love, and that is definitely not marriage. But they way these two handled the obstacles that happened on their wedding day, just shows how truly and completely they love one another. Because in the end, all that mattered was that they were officially husband and wife!

The colors were bright! The energy was joyful! And when golden hour hit… It basically swept me off my feet with the amazing glow these two were twirling giggling and snuggling in! Picture perfect! And you better believe I don’t use THAT phrase lightly!!!

Mr & Mrs ROSS! I’m so happy for you both and LOVED getting to capture your engagement and now your wedding day! When you’re with one another you can put a smile on anyone’s face, but save the best smiles for each other and I was so grateful you trusted me to capture that for you both on your wonderful day! Congratulations again you two! I am so excited to see what your future together holds!
