If I could go back, I would have done a lifestyle session for every single one of our babies! The family bond that is created once our little babes enter the world is one that deserves all the photographic evidence! And Monday’s session reminded me once again of just that!

I arrived at the Mathson’s home to photograph sweet little Blake Lynn. Who by the way, is officially one month old! Which is one of my favorite stages from our kiddos. They start to get curious about the big wide world around them, they begin to coo and listen for noises they like. Speaking of noises! Blake totally dug the sound of a camera shutter! Definitely made my heart melt!

This lil’ sweetheart, was born to be photographed! She is so adorable and loves being rocked and held by her parents. Through most of the session, Blake was wide awake, not wanting to miss a thing! And her parents beamed at her throughout every minute. You can see the love this family shares in every photograph!

Having a new baby is no easy task for anyone, and always requires adjusting. But let me tell you, Kristen and Zane are rocking the first time parenting thing! I remember having our first and feeling like “Oh my goodness I have no idea how to take care of a tiny human!”. But they work together like a well oiled machine, going through the motions as a team and knowing her needs like the back of their hand!
