Here is the thing about spring in Wyoming. It is a tease. We will get what seems to be a beautiful day outside, with a light breeze and a shining sun. So you dress accordingly. Only to realize after 5 minutes that is is still really freaking cold and you need to return to your parkas and scarves. So do not let this beautiful couple fool you. They were freezing. But not once did they ever let on to how much they were actually shivering. They laughed and giggled through the whole thing like it was nobody’s business!

Hannah and Leighton first met one another at a wedding. And when I sat down with these two for coffee, Leighton said he knew right away, just how amazing Hannah was (Seriously, If that doesn’t just shout meant to be I do not know what does!).

They brought along a very important fella for the session. Their 4 year old fur baby Miloh, who hopped out of the vehicle strutting his blue bandana! He was so chill ready to be included in this adventure and had such a good time romping around Alcova with us. During their engagement session they would look at each other, with genuine smiles filled with love.

Some days I truly need to pinch myself after a session. To remember that this is real life and my job really is to photograph peoples love stories and the one of a kind connections they have with one another. This was definitely one of those times. Thank you so much Hannah and Leighton! It was awesome to get to photograph you this weekend, and I cannot wait for your wedding day!
