Prom 2017

Anyone who went to prom knows how big of a deal it is. Everything about you must be on FLEEK (Did I use that correctly?) from the dress, the hair, the nails, the tux, the makeup… you get the idea. So I expected my littlest sister, WyLee, to look amazing. What I was not expecting was for her to accomplish her entire look practically on her own!

She did her own hair and the majority of her makeup! (Us older sisters did jump in once or twice… couldn’t help ourselves) when she walked into the room to see her date Andrew, his face lit up and there were plenty of Ooohs and Awwws from us in the peanut gallery. WyLee is confident, funny and creative. I mean come on, what happened to the awkward high school years we all had to go through?

We decided to take pictures at Andrew’s house were I got the pleasure of meeting a goat and a handful of little fluffy chicks. Nope not a typo, there were real farm animals at this location.

WyLee being the littlest I still see her and that little kiddo I used to babysit and pay off with promises of Webkins to keep my secrets. Seeing her all dolled up looking like such a beauty was very bitter sweet. We all need to keep in mind everyday that time goes all to fast and little sisters will not stay little forever.

I know I have spoken before about the wind here in Wyoming but yet again…. THIS WIND UGH. But of course we made it work.

There ended up being a lot of laughing and giggling from this adorable couple. I know that they thought I was crazy with my high energy and excitement but I honestly loved being around these two and watching the start to their special night.
