As of right now, if you’re looking for snow, there is no better place to find it than Casper Mountain! Yes it will be cold, but what did you expect when looking for a snowy adventure!? And ‘snowy adventure’ is exactly how I would describe my time with this awesome family!

This was the first time these four had gotten all gussied up for family photos together and I was so dang excited to get to spend the time with them! We wandered around the frosted terrain for their session laughing the entire time. Now, getting an unexpected workout was not on the itinerary. But when the weather is just right, and the 2-3ft snow piles soften just a bit… you sink right in! Putting a whole new meaning to running with high knees. Regardless of how out of breath I was, the whole night was definitely worth it!

We have had a particularly windy week, even for Wyoming. But even with the wind whipping around us, they smiled and laughed through the entire session! We chatted about our Christmas plans and when I found out they will be heading for a cruise this week, I silently plotted a way to become a stowaway. Because in this cold, who wouldn’t want to head out for a cruise?!

Laurie, Hank, Logan and Mackenzie, thank you guys so much for making my Sunday a total blast! You guys are hilarious, awesome, and so much fun to be around, but honestly, I knew that before I gotcha in front of the camera!
