This past Tuesday I had the pleasure of getting to photograph not 1, not 2 but 3 generations of one really wonderful family! Now do not be fooled by these photos, Tuesday’s weather was far from perfect. After a seemingly calm morning turned into pouring rain, and lightning lit up the sky I found myself started out the window with my fingers crossed just willing the dark clouds to take a small break. It was not until I started my drive to Casper Mountain that the rain dried up, and the sun started to beam between the clouds! And while that did leave us with a very wet landscape, it was far better than what we were in for just an hour before the session!
When I saw this family step out of their vehicles, in perfectly coordinated outfits I was practically giddy! Getting 1 family on the same page outfit-wise is no easy feat. Let alone 3! But they took on the challenge and succeeded in such a fantastic way!
Here in Wyoming we are just starting to enter wildflower season, with bright yellow and white popping up all over our western landscape. It was a picture perfect place for this fantastic family!!! They laughed and loved on each other throughout our time together making this session a dream to photograph!
Thank you so much, Cathleen, Brooke, and Lindsay, for gathering your amazing families together for your session! You guys were so much fun to hang out with!!!
