Confirm Final Times With Vendors– It is important to take your timeline and either schedule a meeting, phone call or a quick email (you have a lot going on so multiple face to face meetings might be a no-go) with all of your wedding day vendors. This way you can go over any final questions and arrival/delivery times.

Delegate Small Wedding Day Tasks– If you have read this blog series from start to finish you know how many things you need to plan, coordinate, and schedule (At least 8,372). So do not be afraid to request that your families/bridal party take on a few tasks the day of. This is YOUR DAY and you deserve to enjoy it and not be worried about smaller tasks. From checking flower or cake delivery, to gathering your smaller details for the photographer, let the ones who love you help wherever they can!

Send Timeline To Your Wedding Party– An easy way to do this is to take a screen shot of the timeline and text it to all of your bridal party members. If you send it via email, I would still recommend sending a text letting them know they should be receiving the timeline and to keep an eye out for it. Just in case it finds it’s way into a junk folder or they do not check their email often.

Notify Family Who Will Be Included In Family Portraits Of Timeline– This is a biggy, the last thing you want is to try to get family photos taken right after your first look, but an important family member did not realize they needed to arrive early for family portraits. A really good tip is to ask them to arrive 10-15mins earlier than the time you will start family portraits. That way even if someone is running late, you already built in some pad-time and will not have to stress about it!
